This is a one month long poll, which was conducted within the whole month of March 2009. There was about 25% of the responders felt that it isn’t an offence to have more than 3 persons in the back seats of a car in Malaysia. There was about another 7% of the responders felt that it is definitely an offence to have more than 3 persons in placed in the back seats of a car in Malaysia.

According to the local news papers in Malaysia, it is allowed to have more than 3 persons in the back seats of a car in Malaysia with the condition 3 of them must use the seat belts properly.    

這是一個為期一個月長的問卷調查。此次調查是在2009年的3月進行的。25%的回覆者認為﹐在大馬承載多于3名後座乘客並不違法。另外卻有7%的回覆者認為在大馬承載多于3名後座乘客肯定違法。 

根據大馬本地的一些報紙報導﹐其實只要3名後座乘客系上安全帶﹐是可以承載多于3名後座乘客的。
